Automatic Renewal Terms

With respect to Purity Woods subscriptions subject to automatic renewal, you agree that once you have expressly agreed for your credit card to be charged on a recurring basis, and agreed to the amount of the recurring charges, Purity Woods may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice at any time that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before Purity Woods could reasonably act. Information on how to cancel is described below.

Month-to-Month Rebillable Subscriptions

By purchasing a Month-to-Month Rebillable Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by Purity Woods after the expiration date of your payment card.

Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Month-to-Month Rebillable Subscription renewal.

Cancellation Policy for Month-to-Month Rebillable Subscription Renewals

To cancel your Month-to-Month Rebillable Subscription at any time, you may (1) logon to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, (2) send us a message at customerservice@puritywoods.com and we will do it for you, or (3) contact us by phone/email. If you cancel, you will not be rebilled during your next monthly billing cycle.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
