Returns and Shipping
We want you to love your Purity Woods products, and we are quite certain you will.
However, if for any reason you’re not happy with your results, simply return ALL bottles within 60 days of the shipment date. And even if they’re completely empty, partially used or unopened – we’ll send you a refund of the purchase price for all bottles returned, less the shipping and handling fees.
To return an item purchased online, please contact Customer Care to initiate your return at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 535-8418 before you send in a return or exchange. Please provide or have ready your original order information.
We ask that you please ship returned packages to: Purity Woods, 1301 Ridgeview Drive, Mchenry IL 60050.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 4 days of receipt of the returned product at our warehouse. However if you send us the tracking number of the returned package once shipped, we can then provide you credit the same day.
We do not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping fees.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement.
Packages returned to us refused or undeliverable will be refunded in full less the shipping and handling fees.
We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 60-day return/exchange policy time frame and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
If your order came with broken or missing items, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible after receiving your delivery.
For damaged or defective products, it would be especially helpful to see a photo of the issue. This helps us process your return faster and improve our quality control. We’d really appreciate it!

Purity Woods is currently offering FREE shipping on U.S. orders. If this changes, this area will be updated with those changes.
This is free standard U.S. shipping, which typically takes 2 – 3 days to ship out from time of order, and 6 to 10 days to be received by you, our valued customer.
Orders to Canada are currently shipped at a discounted rate of $10. International orders are shipped at a discounted rate of $14. From time of order for Canada/International orders, it typically takes about 10 – 15 days to be received by you, our valued customer, depending on where it is being shipped in the world.
All orders ship from our warehouse in McHenry, IL (about 50 miles from Chicago).
